At Seeds To Change no purchase is complete until you are satisfied. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of ship to date for the full purchase price minus shipping and handling fees.


How to Place an Order
To place an order through the Seeds To Change website, follow these simple steps:
  • Click the "Purchase" button on the pages displaying the products you want to purchase.
  • Adjust quantity if necessary on the Shopping Cart page, then click "Update" to view the modified total.
  • If you are not logged in, the next page will ask you to log in or use the form to create your account.
  • Enter your billing and shipping information on the Checkout page. If you've entered this information on another occasion, confirm that it's correct and make any necessary changes by either entering new information or visiting the "My Account" page prior to continuing. Then press the "Continue" button.
  • Review your order and select your shipping method, then click the "Continue" button.
  • Finally, review the order total and enter your credit card information. When you're satisfied that everything is correct, click the "Place Order" button. You will receive your order confirmation page after your credit card is confirmed. Your order is now complete.
  • You may check the status of your order by returning to Seeds To Change and visiting the "My Account" page, and clicking on the "View Your Order History" link.
You can place your order, check the status of your order or review a past order, and get answers to any questions you may have about Seeds To Change or our products by calling and leaving a message at (917) 591-3015.


Payment Options
Seeds To Change offers customers several credit card payment options.

We accept ONLY Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

You must provide us with a working phone number in order for us to contact you to confirm your order and in case of problems with your order.

Your browser and Seeds To Change's secure server encrypt confidential information during transmission, ensuring that transactions stay private and protected. If any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of your credit card purchase from Seeds To Change, simply notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.


Refund Processing
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process upon receipt of the item.

Damaged or Defective Items
At Seeds To Change we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, however, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective item please call us at (917) 591-3015 with your order number ready and a customer service representative will be happy to help you!
